Danielle Marquis is a 1999 graduate of Thomas College and an account executive at HB Insurance in Oakland, where she and her husband Matt have worked since 1997 and now own the agency since 2018. She heads the Commercial Lines Department and is a licensed producer, broker and consultant; attaining her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation in 2003. She is a member of the Maine Independent Agents Association (MIAA) Board of Directors, currently serving as the National Director for the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) and enjoys working with various nonprofit organizations in the community, as well as the Thomas College President’s Council on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Marquis lives in Sidney on Messalonskee Lake with her husband Matt and their son Mitchell, and enjoys Sugarloaf during the winter months.
